Ben Nye's series of Creme Brown Shadows are used to add depth and contour to features. For corrective use, Shadows can "thin" a round face or hide a double chin. Skillful application will distort a youthful face into a believable old age character for film or stage. Use highlights and shadows in tandem for old age effects. For best results, apply with latex sponge, brush or fingertip over foundation. Using light strokes, blend colors using clean brush or edge of sponge. Shadows, or contours, recede facial areas while lighter highlights accentuate facial structure. Heavier contrast between highlights and shadows will create more dramatic results. Set Color Liners with Neutral Set Powder which will not alter the shades. Expect 35-125 applications.
