Returns are handled on an individual basis. Please contact us for our return policy on specific items. The following are our general guidelines.

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. The following items may NOT be returned: costumes, teeth, wigs, masks, hats, stockings, magic tricks & supplies, video tapes & DVD's, makeup, hair spray, or special order items. Most items are refundable for the full purchase price, however, some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 25% at our discretion. Shipping is non refundable. If actual cost of shipping the order exceeded the shipping charge we collected, we may deduct the actual cost from your refund. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping of all items. All returns must be in same condition as received (new, undamaged, unworn).

If you receive a damaged item, save the box and packing and contact us immediately by email or at 1.866.321.4304 (M-F 10am-8pm Mountain US).
