U.S. Shipping Costs

UPS GROUND
Shipping costs are calculated by UPS based on the zip code to which the package is being shipped. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery depending on the distance from Denver, Colorado.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (MST) will go out with the next day's shipping.
WEEKENDS
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays unless the customer specifies a "Weekend Delivery" which costs an extra $12.50 per package.

MILITARY ADDRESSES
Packages sent to APO and FPO addresses can not be shipped via UPS.
We must send them instead using the U.S. Postal Service. Contact us for a shipping quote.
SURCHARGES
Occasionally, an order falls into the category of being extremly "oversized" or extremely "overweight". This usually happens only if an order takes up multiple shipping boxes or if there are multiple heavy items. If this happens, an additional charge may need to be added to your shipping costs. Please contact us for details.

International Shipping

We can ship outside of the United States. However, shipping costs will vary according to the destination and the weight of the package. We ship our international packages by way of the U.S. Postal Service using their Global Priority or Global Express delivery. The shipping cost will not show up on your original order, but will be added after the order is received and shipping is calculated. Please contact us if you need further information.

Note: The Wizard's Chest is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United States. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predict when your package will arrive.
